I have been reading a lot today about why Cow milk is bad for humans. It all started a week ago when I was trying high protein diet so I bought a liter of skimmed milk and consumed it during work hours. It caused me bloating and diarrhea (You can laugh). I then remembered that I heard years ago on TV from
Miriam Nour (do you remember her? The macrobiotic expert) that cow’s milk is not good for us.
Anyway, I googled the thing and I came out with a lot of articles

here supporting this argument and recommending shifting to other types of milk (Soy, Almond)
