7th Circle Daily Nightmare

After reading Sha3teely's post about Jam at Jordan University Intersection, I remembered that I wanted for a while now to write about the 7th Circle Intersection. I will not write a lot about the subject, I just want to write a simple fact that I discovered so that I can sleep peacefully. POLICEMEN CREATE THE JAM AT 7^TH CIRCLE INTERSECTION. Please leave the circle alone! Whenever I arrive there and there are no policemen there, its like magic, traffic is flowing smoothly. You might wait for 15 seconds; 20 seconds and you are out but not for 8 minutes!!!
What’s the problem? The problem is that we are human, we can not control traffic flow in an efficient way. They allow traffic from a branch to go for 3 minutes and create a disaster on the other ones.
Either you install a Dynamic traffic light that responds to fluctuations in traffic volume for each branch or you just leave it to us, better than creating a disaster.
